Introductions

One benefit as a new Member is your opportunity to have your fitness level and goals assessed by trained professionals. Our fitness center is fully equipped to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. This system gives us the information we need to prescribe an effective fitness program and it helps us to track your progress.

Two Appointments

1. Your first appointment involves completing a short health history form and discussing your fitness goals. We will also do a brief assessment which includes measuring your height, weight and blood pressure.

2. Your second appointment involves a brief discussion about equipment safety and club etiquette. We will introduce you to our cardio and weight machines and assist you with your first workout.

        

Dress comfortably: Loose fitting t-shirt, shorts, athletic   shoes & socks.

Please do not wear leotards or tights
