Jump Start Your New Fitness Routine One benefit as a new member is your opportunity to have your fitness level and goals evaluated by our fitness specialists. We will help you take your first steps into fitness. Three Sessions Session 1: Assess Your Fitness Levels. Your will complete a Lifestyle Questionnaire and do a complete Fitness Evaluation. This will include measurements, body composition analysis, muscular strength and flexibility. We will discuss your results as well as your goals so that we can start you on the right track. Session 2: Warm-up And Upper Body Resistance Training. Effective workouts start with proper warm-ups. You will learn some of the cardio equipment and do abdominal and upper body resistance work. We will help you develop correct posture and form, which is important for maximizing every exercise and avoiding injury. Session 3: Warm-up And Lower Body Resistance Training And Stretching. Choose your favorite cardio machine to warm-up, then learn some lower body resistance training. You will receive your workout plan in writing. You'll also learn how to use our Precor stretch machine. Follow-Up Sessions We strongly encourage follow-up sessions every 4-6 weeks so that we can continue to track your progress and make changes to your workout plan as needed.
