A: Yes - personal training is designed so that our trainers will adapt to your schedule.

Q: How many times per week should I train?
A: Our average client trains 2-3 times per week. However, personal training is geared towards each individual's goals.

Q: Are your trainers certified?
A: Yes - all of our trainers are CPR certified, have a national personal training certification, and/or a degree in a health related field.

Q: Can I buy one session or do you have package sessions available?
A: Yes - you can purchase one session or, like most clients, purchase multiple session packages.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my trainer?
A: Our #1 goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your personal training experience.

Q: Do you have the ability to train post-rehab clientele?
A: Yes - Our staff has years of experience with this population. Pensacourt prides itself on hiring only the most knowledgeable employees.

Q: What can a trainer do for me that I can't do on my own?
A: Educate you on the proper technique and program that will achieve your goals. Our trainers can provide motivation and an experience that will last a lifetime.

Q: Do any of your trainers know how to train for specific sports?
A: Yes - We have several trainers who are knowledgable in training for many sports.
