Kids Klub and Kamp at Langley!
For ages 5-12yrs old
Here at Pensacourt, we focus on fitness and fun. Kampers will enjoy age appropriate strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular activities in addition to a variety of "COOL" exercise challenges and fitness stations! Recreational swimming is a part of our daily routine as well! So join us for our 2011 Sessions running from June 3-Aug. 19.

*Special activities include cards/crafts/movies and more! **Kids Choice lets kids choose what activity the would like to do. (Does not include TV.) Kids must wear closed shoes (no flip-flops, sandals, clogs - no back straps) so that they can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities. This schedule is flexible and subject to change based on the weather and the Director's discretion. |

I. KIDS CLUB HOURSTo insure the safety and hapiness of your child, Pensacourt requires reservations for Kids Klub with no less than ONE HOUR advance notice. Reservations may be made by calling our Front Desk during hours of operation. Staff is on duty only when there are reservations.
II. SPECIAL REQUESTS 1. We ask parents to please not send food, candy, or gum to Kids Klub with their children.
2. Please make sure ALL bags and clothing are marked clearly with the child's name.
3. If you have any special requests or instructions for children, please write it down and give it to the Kids Klub assistant.
4. If you have toys, books, or furnishings to donate to Kids Klub, please let us know.
5. We ask children to wear or bring sneakers so they can enjoy outdoor activities.
6. The health and well-being of our kids is critical to us all. Therefore, we request that you keep your child home if there is: a rash, diarrhea, coughing, fever and/or has been vomiting during the past 24 hours.
7. Please tell the Kids Klub attendant when you leave your child if someone else will pick him or her up. They must show ID.
III. KIDS KLUB LIMIT1. We allow 10 children at one time in Kids Klub per one attendant. Additional staff is utilized based on reservations. 2. Staff will wait 15 minutes for late-comers. 3. You must be on the premises while your child is in Kids Klub unless you're running.
IV. CANCELLATION & NO RESERVATION POLICYIn order to make sure we can accomodate everyone, we require no less than 1 hour advance reservations and no more than 1 hour notice of cancellation. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. Failure to make or cancel reservations or be 15 minutes or more later will result in the following: 1st time- Verbal reminder of policy. 2nd time- Verbal reminder of policy. 3rd time, a $5.00 fee will be charged to your account
Reminder: Staff is only on duty when there are reservations.
