Langley Nursery
As a service to our Langley location members, Pensacourt operates a nursery for infants six weeks to six years of age. The building which houses the nursery is right next door to the club. The decor and furnishings are bright, colorful and age appropriate.
I. NURSERY HOURS

To insure the safety and happiness of your child, Pensacourt requires reservations for the nursery with no less than ONE HOUR advance notice. Reservations may be made by calling our Front Desk during hours of operation. Members whose dependents are not on the membership or non-members may use the nursery for a $5.00 PER DAY PER CHILD FEE.
Staff is only on duty when there are reservations.
II. SPECIAL REQUESTS

To assist us in maintaining a quality and sanitary environment for your children, please restrict snacks to the items listed in our snack guidelines (all juices must be in spill proof cups and not glass). We ask parents to not send candy or gum or gooey food to the nursery with their children. |

Please make sure ALL bags, clothing, bottles (prepared), etc. are marked clearly with the child's name. |
| 3. |
If you have any special requests or instructions for children, please write it down and give it to the nursery assistant. |
| 4. |
If you have toys, books, or furnishings to donate to the nursery, we would be thankful. |
| 5. |
Please bring your own diapers, wipes, and an extra change of clothes. In case of accidents, you will be paged if no clothes are available. No cloth diapers please. If no extra diapers are available we will change your child and you will be charged $3.00. We will feed your babies their bottles, but the bottles either need to be prepared, or water and formula pre-measured. No jar food please. |

The health and well-being of our youngest members is critical to us all. Therefore, we request that you keep your child home if there is: a rash, diarrhea, coughing, fever and/or has been vomiting during the past 24 hours. |

Please tell the nursery attendant when you leave your child if someone else will pick him or her up. They must show ID. Remember, you must be on the premisis. |
III. NURSERY LIMIT

We allow 10 children (including a maximum of one infant under 6 months) at one time in the nursery per one attendant. Additional staff is utilized based on reservations. |

There will be a 3 HOUR TIME LIMIT in the nursery. |
| 3. |
Staff will wait 15 minutes for late-comers. Members MUST pick up their children PRIOR to closing time. |
| 4. |
You must be on the premises while your child is in the nursery unless you are running outside the club. |
IV. CANCELLATION & NO RESERVATION POLICY
In order to make sure we can accommodate everyone, we require no less than 1 hour advance reservations and no more than 1 hour notice of cancellation. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your reseveration time. Failure to make or cancel reservations or be 15 minutes or more later will result in the following:
1st time- Verbal reminder of policy
2nd time- Verbal reminder of policy
3rd time- $5.00 fee charged to your accountReminder: Staff is only on duty when there are reservations.
9 Mile Nursery
The guidelines for this facility are similar to our Langley facility with the following differences:
Hours:
Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-1:00pm, 3:30pm-8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm
Sunday 2:00pm-6:00pm
Limit: There is a 2 hour time limit in the nursery.
Ages: We accept children 6 weeks-12 years old
